As for whether PRC would invade: I don't think so, unless a new government, the Republic of Taiwan (some Taiwanese's proposal), is formed and replaces current government.

Chinese and Japanese are also identified as 'HARD' languages. Well, I guess that's sorta an advantage now, because I know two hard languages! XD

Actually Japanese is one of the easiest languages to learn if you can get around a non latin script, I memorized Hiragana and Katakana in 2 weeks, but Kanji is more difficult, Japanese has awesome sentence structure and you don't have to worry as much on tense, for example.
Hon means Book, a book, the book, etc
