I just got my hands on all the DLC for Empire: Total War, and it adds so many new units! Particularly for my favourite two civs; Great Britain and the Ottoman Empire. The Prussians, French and Americans get quite a few new units as well, but I've played all three of them before and they're not my favourites. Still, my Ottoman campaigns are going to be massively enriched by the new Haydut Irregulars, Bosnian Panduks, Wallachian Boyars, Circassian Armoured Cavalry, Lybian Kuloglu, Palestinian Auxilliaries and Cairo Jannisaries. Armenian Archers are probably less fun, but who cares? Razz

No, it was legal. After all, it cost only €1.99 for each set of DLC.

And actually, they were in reverse order. I do really like the British, but the Ottomans are my favourite civ in ETW.

The kind of forum feature that is called 'reputation' on the majority of forums that have it. Or at least it is at the TW Center forums, I happen to know. It's called 'karma' at our brothers of WotTA, and to tie in nicely with our timeframe, we've called it 'chivalry'. Also:

I never bought any ETW DLC.

I kinda wanted the Warpath Campaign, but instead I decided to get the Shogun 2: Rise of the Samurai.

The unit packs are really cheap, but I really don't want to waste money on a whole bunch of units I'd never use. So instead of getting Elite Units of the West (They had 1 Polish unit, pretty much every other faction got 3 (does that make any sense what so ever???)) I got the Sengoku Jidai unit pack for Shogun 2. (because I'll actually use them all Razz

)

I mean, I only play as Poland on ETW so why do I need a whole bunch of units from other factions? Razz

However, just because I didn't get some ETW DLC doesn't mean I want more units. Razz

A great mod European Wars 2 (Made by Poles!) retextures every ingame unit (not including agents and such) and includes a multitude of new units.

Also, I think they're working on Portugal and a new campaign map, not sure though.

Hmmm, I didn't you obtain Empire itself through other methods or did you get that too. (It's pretty cheap now, €10 I believe)

It's €19.99 know, so yes, I did. As for the Poles: Yes, they get only one new unit and it's not the most iconic or important of units, but there are plenty of other civs that get only one or two new units. The Swedes get nothing new at all!
