And I find something strange with Iliander:

Fact:
1. He is a spammer, and thus he is rejected by Tilanus nor Tahattus.
2. He is a spammer, and thus he is banned from NE nor WotTA.
3. He is a spammer, and thus he has a bad karma in WotTA.

But, something wrong happen in KnB:
1. He is a team member, and thus Peugeot loves him, treat him alike a baby.
2. He has a good reputation, the same with me (9).
3. He ever get only 1 warning in KnB, even if he has done much (I say much, not many), spam and bizarreness, especially uncensored [YOU KNOW WHO] word...

I'm too am both. More so even, I not only hate it when people use shorthand spelling and incorrect grammar, I simply don't understand why they bother. Using shorthand only means other people first have to look abbreviations and general misspellings up in said dictionary, making sure it takes much longer to understand the other person, and therefore rendering shorthand mostly useless as an efficient form of communication.

Also, correct spelling and grammar is a free and not labour-intensive way of making sure that when the day comes that one does have to write something formal, it needn't be checked for spelling errors so thoroughly. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying people who use shorthand can't speak or write proper English (even though there are some cases), but it's not exactly helping either. I do understand that a native speaker of English may not give a pig's arse about this, but for those foreigners who wish to learn English, shorthand just isn't going to help even a bit.

Spelling and grammar are important, and while the internet may on some occasions be an exception, they generally are used by people as a means of measuring other people's intelligence.
