Friday Update: Week 39/2013, Improvements to Prologue civilisations

While we haven't done an awful lot over the last few weeks, it's enough to make up a Friday Update, which is entirely focused on improvements to Prologue civilisations...

As you may have noticed by its absolute awfulness, the current City Hall texture for the Southern European buildingset is a placeholder. We've always wanted to create a brand new model for it, and this is the wireframe of the latest work-in-progress. It's not finished yet, but this should give an idea of what it's going to look like. The Middle Eastern buildingset will, by the way, also get a new model. It's highly unlikely, however, that either of these will be included in the next patch.

Something that will be included in the next patch is this, the work of our trusty icon creator Persian_Fusilier, who's been working on making portraits and icons for units that currently still lack them. The picture includes the portraits for a selection of Turk and Saracen units.

This week , disaster has struck from the hands of Pepp, who has revived his most unexpected of skills, RM scripting...
