Mine favourites are: Bang!, Carcassonne, Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Risk, Mystery of Abbey, etc.

Carcassonne is much fun indeed, as is Risk. I like Settlers of Catan, and I also really like the spinoff card game. Another game I'm quite fond of is Stratego, and Monopoly is always a decent game to play.

Monopoly is too old for me, but a game called "Finance" is very good, but I don't know if it exist outside Finland... And for Carcassonne, I haven't bothered to buy all the expansions, 2-3 are enough. And, I also like Dominion.

Reply, PS: I think Paco opens threads only for Ducats... Dude should remove the amount of Ducats when you open new thread, otherwise we have tons of new threads soon.

No, just make it a limit of the amount of threads you can open each day, no more than 2 threads every 24 hours.

You will need:

- Stratego
- Small Chess
- Medium Chess
- Large Chess
- Some sort of coins
- 5 dices
- 5 dices which look different than the other 5
- 2 different kinds of Monopoly houses
- 2 different kinds of Monopoly hotels
- Black and white Lego blocks to make walls
- 30 small Lego swords (or something similar)
- Some other doc for the treasures...

There are 8 expansions for it and also 5 spin-off games, so you need alot of time to play them all!

Well, play Age of Mythology Boardgame, once I played it with my family, and it lasted over 6 hours! Also, Risk is lengthy game...

Yes, and good thing is that you can download many good boardgames to Xbox 360, so you don't need to gather people to play them! Though it's the best to play them IRL, not in consoles.

Off topic: What? Why no one talks about my face, but Iliander got alot of attention with it?

On topic: I just played Ticket to Ride boardgame with my family, and I won with good 168 points! The second player had 99 points, so I was kinda supreme.

I enjoy playing GO, Shogi and chess. Those games are insane, I always get a rush when playing whether I win or lose as long as it was due to skill not a silly mistake.
