Florence isn't a small Italian village!
It's a large Italian city!

Oh, and here is the list of favorite Italian city of mine:
1. Milan, Capital of Fashion
2. Venice, for some of its building
3. Florence, for its bridge
4. Rome, you know why?
5. Absolutely, it is counted as Italy too, Monaco
6. Vatican, for the Pope

Well, I'd quite like to go to Florence, but it isn't my favourite city. Venice is just brilliant, I can't see how anybody who likes decent architecture would not want to go there. Milan should be quite nice, as should Turin and Genoa. I'd still more like to just tour Tuscany or Southern Italy though, even if the latter is Maffia Country.

Anybody had seen the towns and cities and municipalities and villages in Switzerland? I want to know about them from you, beside wikiped.

Actually, the Mafia in Italy doesn't do anything to tourists, since they bring money to the area, so it's nothing to fear of.

Yes, I know: I've been there about 5 times... I meant Florence and small Italian villages. But one beautiful building there is the Duomo (the big church...), especially when you climb the stairs to the top!

Oh I know that, and I also know the Maffia is actually not half as violent as we all believe, it's actually more of a 'neighbourhood watch' in many parts of Italy, and only in some places is it actually criminal. Still, the idea that buying a souvenir or even some food in Southern Italy directly benefits the local Maffia is something I don't really like.

Really? I've never been there, or actually I've never been to Italy. I have climbed the Duomo dozens of times, but that was in Assassin's Creed II.

You must travel to Florence and climb the stairs! But if you don't like high places, then I don't suggest that, since in one part you must walk inside the Duomo, and you can see all the people below. Or actually, the people look like small dots there...
