Parkour is the sport of free running in which the trakeur (the person doing parkour) goes from point A to point B in the most efficient way. Trakeurs tend to do many vaults, wall runs, wall jumps, scaling, flips and other tricks. It may seem scary (and is in the start) but its awesome and fun
