1. The tournament will be held in a place in the Art Merchant Gallery.
2. Every person can choose maximum 3 category, but still 1 picture for each category.
3. Chris17 added as a judge, as I can't fight against what the Red Polish Bull said Razz

No, it wouldn't. As they have to follow the submission format. And if you want to join it, Ili, you (and anybody else, alike Hoop) have to submit a joining form, here. Follow the hint how to make it in the first page.
