as long as the mod has a sizable chunk if both (say 10 scenario and 15 RMs), I will take the mod

It also kind of also depends on the mod. I'd rather have NE then a lot of maps or scenarios. But I would rather have maps then a mod that just fixes bugs or adds one unit.

Do you like WWI or WWII better?

I'd say WWI, but everytime I've played Company of Heroes I start disagreeing with myself...

By that I meant, the mod itself was one unit.

Hindi since it would be more useful where I live right now.

Vienna or Berlin?

If I lived in any moment before WW2, I would say VIenna. Now the Austrian Empire is no more and its grandure is lost with it, I'd say Berlin. Still, if there was a city in central Europe I'd want to go to, it'd probably be Krakow. And I'm not saying that to flatten Poland, but I heard it is an incredibly pretty city, that survived WW2 and the Cold War quite well, much unlike Warsaw and Königsberg, which would otherwise be very interesting as well.
