I hope for either India or Axum, either civ and I'd start playing ASAP. Specially if Axum is there.

Axum is a ancient ANCIENT civ, isn't it? Like, Indus?

How come no one has ever heard of Axum?
It's ancient Ethiopia, I think they domesticated the camel, but anyways, it was quite developed for that time.

Re: Age of Empires online
AoEO is actually pretty good, what really pissed me off is the entire Orcs Must Die crap.
Re: Age of Empires online
There are no orcs... but the graphics look ugly... I more like 3D like AOE III.

I think it's clear that Robot has to work on a much lower budget than ES, and unfortunately the games suffer from it.

Without mentioning that AOEO is now commanded by the creators of Supreme Commander, if that's good or bad, it remains to be seen...

Re: Age of Empires online
This is what happens when you work for Microsoft and your game didn't sell enough copies, they close you down. By the game that didn't sell enough copies, it's Halo Wars, I don't think it got good reviews ether. The same happened with Bungie and Halo.
Re: Age of Empires online
People though Halo Wars was an FPS, that's why.

Re: Age of Empires online
I think the problem is that people still think it's possible to play RTS games on consoles.

Yeah, but RUSE was kinda okay.

Re: Age of Empires online
RUSE was absolutely rubbish! I've tried that demo they supplied, and it made no sense at all. If you want an RTS game about anything after WW1, you should get Company of Heroes, and that's an end of it.

Dunno, Command and Conquer is fun too, and I'm pretty sure Starcraft is a quite succesful RTS that takes place after WW1

Star craft is what 1000 years after WW1, and C & C is an awesome RTS it is my modern day AOE (essentially).
