I was playing a lan game earlier with Hillys on Hamachi,changing your primary civilization at the home management screen doesn't work at least for the Saracens and Turks.

Here is what I noticed on my laptop, and I'll stay away from the obvious:
AI does NOT work on Sicily at ALL. The computer collects it's first resources, builds a couple houses, and that is it.
Voices on Italian and Byzantine villagers are mixed up and not very smooth based on gender.
Voice acting on Italian soldiers needs to be streamlined to match the other voices. The staticky, badly recorded Italian detracts from an otherwise, well-made civilization set.
On the Hizra map, there are fish in the small sea to the west, but they are not fishable. Either they are not supposed to be there, or something is glitched, and you cannot gather from them.
Halberdiers cost only 40 food.
Pavise Crossbowmen only cost 20 food.
Bombards fire too quickly, and are far too powerful. When I can destroy a town center in two shots with ONE bombard, that's bad for balance.
AI rarely builds walls, even though in previous forums, it was stated that they would.
The storms on Dalmatia are fun, but the sound effects whenever lightning kills a unit are a little cheesy.
Whenever the AI Italians level up, suddenly we are all in Age V, but I cannot use the Age V technologies, shipments, etc...
Other than that, here is what I found most strikingly good about the mod:
Well-developed units.
No glitches on combat attacks (except for Varangian Guard stabbing with axes... Nice use of Doppelsöldners BTW)
Buildings function as intended.
Awesome card and icon images from what have been finished so far.
Good use of voice acting, as well as files streamlined in to make this a fully-functioning semi-alpha version of the game.
Diverse options in playing the game, with TONS of new features.
The catapult models were awesome! (They just need an operator or two).

This is might be based on historical research, as bombards in that time, even how ineffective they were, were really strong against buildings in "later" medieval age. However, it might be caused by unfinished stats too...Bombards fire too quickly, and are far too powerful. When I can destroy a town center in two shots with ONE bombard, that's bad for balance.

Can't add operator, as the operator are insanely oversized and can't be resized.The catapult models were awesome! (They just need an operator or two).

The Italian voices we have are from Napoleonic Era mod and I'm very grateful that we have the permission to use them. Walls are pretty expensive in K&B (15 wood per piece), so AI starts building Walls only from Age3 onwards, no matter the difficulty.AI rarely builds walls, even though in previous forums, it was stated that they would.

Thanks! Originally, the Catapult had two men pushing it while moving, but they were about as tall as most buildings are, which would have been too unrealistic.The catapult models were awesome! (They just need an operator or two).

The balance issues are indeed caused by some stats not being finished upon release.

I made two matches so far and I found your patch just some minutes ago. So, I got some notes on the maps:
I played the Sinai map and the Quarysh natives don't offer any units (intended?) and their grouping contains camels surrounded by a wooden fence. They are still huntables, you can even kill them, but due to the placed solids not approach to gather them.
I tried the Ireland map and it was instantly ended (defeat screen). I realized the enemy weren't placed at all and all the Natives on it were Udasi.
These are the most obvious things I've found. I could give more feedback surely, but I'm really short on time and I just wanted to leave these here.

I have a problem...
So, I tried to install it the way you guys told us in the readme, I updated TAD to patch 1.03 backed up, pasted the maps folder (RM3, I believe) to the My Documents/My Games directory and drop everything else in the other folder onto my Age of Empires III folder. However, the next time I ran the TAD.exe, it hasn't changed. Am I doing it wrong? Or is it a problem with my "pirated" game? (personally , I'm doubtful of this plausibility, because I have had WoTTA and NE installed just fine)
Pls help, thanks...
