Did you make sure you only overwrote the new files and not the folders? I think you need to do it like that for Macs as I didn't touch Ballista HC cards for patch.

Yea I was very careful installing to not overwrite folders, but I will try installing it all again and see if it helps.

Ok I installed it again and same thing, it's just when I click on the card, it freezes then quits, everytime. And one other thing, I was having some trouble picking up certain treasures, with my villagers and explorer, they wouldn't collect them. Very Happy any advice?

Yes,I was able to play as the native american civs,the issue isn't with single player(I can easily play as Saracens of Turks in skirmish) however with lan games as I am unable to select them.

The game seems to lag terribly once it runs for over 15 minutes, and even before then. Help? The game runs fine with AOE3 normally, and with every other mod I have installed (NE, WotTA, etc.)

Well, coincidentally, Matti happens to be working on the AI again at this very moment, and since the AI is what caused the lag before the patch, it's fingers crossed and hoping that it'll be another AI issue this time around...

No-one else seems to have this problem after installing the patch though.

This probably won't help but you could try deleting all the files located in?
C:\Users\Your Name\Documents\My Games\Knights and Barbarians\AI3

The War Elephants are indeed a silly bug, but Visigoths are actually available in Portugal (the possibility is 50% though) and Pyrenees (the map will be updated to Patch 2).

Hashashins don't have a building limit, and it is a big problem, they are too OP.

I can tell you exactly how big a problem it is, they aren't supposed to be "Hashashins" but "Hashashin". We'll see about fixing it for the next patch.

We are aware of this and Hashashin aren't the only unbalanced Barbarian units. The fact is that just before release we had problems with no-one making stats and almost all of them were done in less than a week. That and other massively unbalanced features weren't really optimal for good gameplay experience. Basically, the Prologue is actually finished after Patch 3: the release date was too early balance-wise.
