guys what will be are the knb treasure guardians ? its true what knb will be have only human guardians?

Heretics, witches, pagans, etc. Various religion-based names for the most part. Makes sense, since some guard relics.

Indeed. In order of how powerful they are (or how difficult they are to defeat, if you like):

Hermit, Worshiper, Witch/Magician, Heretic, Druid, Pagan Priest

Those pagan priests... I faced 4 of them and 3 heretics with my Lord, 4 men at arms, and 5 archers. They got destroyed, even though they were all upgraded to Improved. They are tough little buggers, I'll tell you that.

Try using priest and convert them all. That is far more efficient and fun, and stereotypically Peppic.

My approach is to either set the whole army on them, or see if I can take all the guardians out with just the Lord.

Try to use archer or any ranged unit to fight strong treasure guardian from distance and use melee unit as your meat wall.

I didn't realize that was a tech till later... Very nice, that one. That and denouncing Lords. You guys made religious units sooo much more useful.

And when converting treasure guardian, keep your priest away and safe, and avoid your new converted unit attack its old friend.
