Ilainder your taking this too seriously. YOU are the one acting like a small little child, quit being such a cry baby and take your punishment like everyone else. I'll give you back 500 ducats, but that's it.
Case Dismissed for fear of it getting too ugly, too fast.

You can't just do that... Well, Pepp can take over as Inquisitor, but I want the case to go on.

Listen, if this goes on my temper will break loose, and god only knows what will happen.
Besides I decreased Iliander's chivalry 3 maybe 4 times for a bad idea, and he thinks it some childish habit of mine to decrease peoples chivalry, and then I take away some of his ducats for falsely accusing two VIPs. And now he's making some big deal about what 500 ducats? Ilainder, you can pretty much already buy everything in the shop, why do you care????

Re: The Lawyer's Club
I am just inviting bad things, but for him, it is the principle of the thing.
I think this is his point of view, "I was making a honest suggestion and was completely shot down. I lost too much chivalry for that. I only accused people who actually did decrease my chivalry. It isn't fair." I think that's his view, I could very well be wrong. I am not defending him, it is just that he deserves to have his point made.
I too think that iliander is being a bit winy. Also until he gives a real apology, he should have half his ducats taken away.

Re: The Lawyer's Club
Nero is very right, it's not abut the amount of Ducats, it's about the principe.
When you run out of words, your very last weaponry are some personal assaults (and ignoring), since you can't handle my statements anymore.
- Bitching: Not a worthy reason.
- Falsely Accusing People: I already explained why.
- Your little PM to me: A normal reaction, I would say. Btw, that PM wasn't rude or anything, I just calmly asked why you so desperately wanted to decrease it, that's all...
Actually, I can't be the one making a big deal of this, since I'm not the one who started a trial about this.
I understand that you felt annoyed and attacked, but so did I.

Oh, so now everything depends on your temper? I'm sorry, but that's a wrong reasoning for both an admin, inquisitor AND a normal user.Listen, if this goes on my temper will break loose, and god only knows what will happen.
No, I did NOT accused Hoop and Chris, I wasn't even being serious, you could call it a joke. I'm also NOT making a deal about the AMOUNT of ducats, actually not even about the ducats themselves, I'm making a big deal (wait, you began making a big deal of it...) of me being here without a good reason. Since your reasons are:Besides I decreased Iliander's chivalry 3 maybe 4 times for a bad idea, and he thinks it some childish habit of mine to decrease peoples chivalry, and then I take away some of his ducats for falsely accusing two VIPs. Re: The Lawyer's Club
I've read all comment, and I don't see any proofs who do it, except that what Iliander did is childish.
Just one thing to said, Iliander, stop speaking about Chivalry and ducats.
Thanks.

I've got a different opinion about that.I've read all comment, and I don't see any proofs who do it, except that what Iliander did is childish.
Unfortunately I can't, since the case is all about it.Just one thing to said, Iliander, stop speaking about Chivalry and ducats.

Re: The Lawyer's Club
I do have to agree with iliander here. First of all the case hasn't even been opened yet, leave alone closed, secondly a great number of Ducats have been taken from him, he very well has the right to wonder why, and lastly your behaviour does indeed not fit that of a prosecutor, and certainly not that of a judge.
In fact, I think I'll relieve you from your position.

We'll see about that. For now, I've turned this into a Public Trial, everybody can vote until tomorrow 18:00 GMT, just to get it over with.

Re: The Lawyer's Club
Okay, I just find it is funny for me  .
Trial Started
Judge Cardinal Pepp says that:
1. Iliander is in a case, namely Childish vs Tyrant (I've to said it as what I see, so sorry if you just don't like it), as:
- Iliander do a Childish act, supposing 2 VIP from Wotta for decreasing his chivalry without clear reason.
- Iliander also suppose that the Grand Inquisitor who did it.
- Iliander send a PM to Dude:
2. Dude's punishment to Iliander is too overweight, as:
- It is a small case
- The punishment is -1.000 Ducats, mean +-80 posts (am I right?).
- It is decided WITHOUT trial.
note!: as Dude punish Iliander without trial, I can say that it is ILLEGAL
THOSE MEAN:
1. We have to decide, is Iliander's act is childish, or not. As:
- It is written in the Lounge.
- Even if it is insulting, it is not that bad compared to Washington's (you know who is him, right?).
- It has no negative effect at all (really).
2. We have to decide, is Iliander's insults to Dude can be trialed or not, as:
- IT IS A PM!!!
3. We have to decide a new punishment for Iliander.

Hello,
I would like to know why you have such a childish hobby of decreasing my Chivalry until it's still 25% of the original amount in 1 day.
Thank you.

Actually, it are 100 posts.
So now Dude has to receive a punishment?  (JK)

2. There's proof of the PM... But what's so bad about that PM?
3. No warning please.

I agree with that, these are the three things to take into account when voting.
Somehow this last post looks like it came from another person than those of the previous page. I'm returning you to your post, Pepp, just try to behave slightly more professional in the future.
Now for my personal arguments (but do please ignore them, as this is a Public Trial):
- I do not see how it is illegal to complain about a loss of Chivalry
- I do not see how it is illegal to wonder who decreased the Chivalry, as long as there are no direct accusations (which there weren't)
- I do not see how supposedly being childish, or telling others they are, is illegal
- Even if iliander were to be guilty, I personally find the offenses so minor that I don't think any penalty would be rational or fair

Re: The Lawyer's Club
Somehow, seeing all fact, I must say that, in another hand, Dude himself do a childish act with punishing Iliander -1.000 Ducats WITHOUT trial. It is just against our motto, that:
We must know that everything that comes via P.M. cannot be trialed, as it is somewhat 50:50 between sender and receiver.

Re: The Lawyer's Club
I voted for 'no', it would be better for Iliander just to ''learn'' that some jokes might have a bad ending, from all this history, but he should not be fined. Just stop acting a bit childish, Iliander!

Re: The Lawyer's Club
As Grand Inquisitor, I see the punishment of removal of 500 ducats to be fine. It is to teach Iliander a lesson on maturity, this is why you got banned from NE Iliander, you where acting like a child.
Of course K&B is based upon Democratic principles, but that's K&B. This is just the site. Now I know I sound like some sort of tyrant, but I want Iliander to learn his lesson. Otherwise he's just going to annoy me to the point in which I could ban him.
It's time to grow up iliander, take your punishment like a man.
Of course Iliander's probably come back and say "You act like a child when you swear at me for no reason!"
1. I have a reason, you go into no depth when you search for something. (at least Polish history ) and just take the name of something without bothering to really look.
2. I don't swear at you I just swear. If I say let's say a SOB, that doesn't mean I called you an SOB, it just means you made me say it.
And I'm assuming no one will understand that right?
Not trying to sound like a tyrant, just trying to help you Iliander, this is for your own good!

Re: The Lawyer's Club
I find your statements quite... um... no, I do not need a lesson on maturity, I'm more mature than you think. All this has nothing to do with maturity or childiness, it has to do with your personality. I'm not a person who blindly accepts everything or lets go things easily.
Also, the poll clearly states that I should not get a fine. But I probably acted childish again?
Also, you do not have the right t say this, since you are not more mature than I am. IT's not about taking the punishment, it's about the fact that I don't deserve a punishment. It's time to grow up iliander, take your punishment like a man.

Nor should you, or anybody for that matter, be.

Well, the poll hasn't ended yet, but it does indeed look as if it's heading in that direction.
Now I know I sound like some sort of tyrant, but I want Iliander to learn his lesson. Otherwise he's just going to annoy me to the point in which I could ban him.
I know you won't like me for saying this, but if iliander annoys you with such minor things, perhaps that says more about you than about iliander.
